Service Scope
SparkleWorks provides residential and office cleaning services focused on move-in and move-out cleaning, including empty-property deep cleaning and handover kitchen and appliance cleaning. Service scope is confirmed after an enquiry and property review, and any quote depends on the condition and size of the property. The property must be empty for the relevant service to proceed.

Fees and Payment
Prices are provided by custom quote only after the scope has been reviewed. A deposit may be requested before the appointment is confirmed, and accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, card, or cash on site. No final fixed price is promised before the property scope and condition are confirmed.

Bookings are arranged by phone, email, or contact form and are subject to availability, access confirmation, and the agreed service scope. To the extent permitted by law, SparkleWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by a customer. Cleaning outcomes depend on the property condition and access provided, and SparkleWorks does not guarantee sterilization, medical-grade disinfection, or removal of every allergen. Hazardous, biological, construction, pest control, mold remediation, and other specialist work are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing and lawfully permitted.
